Brownsboro Glen is a deed-restricted community managed by the Homeowners Association. The Homeowners Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors and Officers. Each homeowner pays a yearly assessment to the Association for the maintenance and operation of our subdivision. Meetings of the Homeowners Association are held twice a year, typically at 7:30 PM on the second Thursday of June and December. Every resident should attend these meetings.

Board of Directors

Composed of five (5) residents elected by the homeowners each December to serve a one calendar year term. Primary responsibility is to elect and oversee the corporation’s Officers.

Officers

Handle the day-to-day operations of the Association and are elected by the Board of Directors to serve concurrently. The Officers may include Directors in whole or part.

Mission Statement

To promote the safety, welfare, quality of life, common use and peaceful enjoyment of the owners of residences in Brownsboro Glen Subdivision, to preserve and enhance property values, to administer and enforce the Declaration of Restrictions, to maintain and enhance the common areas and facilities, to at all times be impartial and responsible, to act without thought or attempt at forwarding a personal agenda, and pursuant to such purposes to provide appropriate services, conduct necessary business and engage in necessary activities in accordance with all governing documents and applicable laws.

Brownsboro Glen Subdivision is professionally managed under contract with Mulloy Properties. Annual dues questions, correspondence, suspected Deed Restriction violations, common property maintenance issues, etc., should be directed to the Management Company to Nan Gilespie, ngillespie@mulloyproperties.com or by phone at 618-5900.
